Al Andalus Real Estate Launches New Office Building Project as Part of Expansion Plans in Riyadh

Al Andalus Real Estate Company announced the launch of a new office building project in Al Malqa district on King Salman Road in Riyadh, as part of its expansion strategy to boost revenue.

The project will be developed by "Mawarid Al-Tamayouz," a limited liability company fully acquired by Al Andalus. Mawarid holds a usufruct right for 30 years on six adjacent plots in Al Malqa, totaling 5,700 square meters.

The office building will consist of 4 floors, covering 30,000 square meters, with 9,722 square meters of rentable space and a projected cost of 140 million SAR, excluding land rent.
